Adult Fitness

Stronger offers fitness programs taught by Sensi Terry. This program is geared for adults only and is open to all fitness levels. No martial art experience is necessary. S. Terry will help tailor the program for each student’s abilities.

The classes are offered Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6:30-7:15pm. And Saturdays at 10am for advanced and 11am for beginners.
